Q: Where is your factory located?
A: We have two production bases: Linkair's equipment production base is located in Haicang, Xiamen, and our consumables production base is located in Zhangzhou, Nanjing.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard payment terms are: 30% prepayment, with the balance due before shipment. For large orders, we recommend 0% prepayment to save on service fees.
Q: How are shipping costs calculated?
A: Shipping costs depend on the shipping method you choose. Express shipping is usually the fastest but also the most expensive. Sea freight is the best option for large shipments. Accurate shipping costs can only be provided after we receive detailed information (such as quantity, weight, and shipping method). Please contact us for more information.
Q: What is the product warranty period?
A: We are committed to your satisfaction with our products. We offer a one-year warranty, but for cardboard shredders, the body has a two-year warranty and the blades have a three-year warranty. Regardless of whether it is within the warranty period, we will provide 3-to-1 after-sales service support so that your questions can be answered quickly.
Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A: Yes, the minimum order quantity for all international orders is 1 piece. If you wish to order in bulk, you can request a sample for testing first.
Q: What services do you provide?
A: We offer a one-year warranty, 3-to-1 after-sales support, and customizable body color and logo options. During the warranty period, we will provide product operation videos and after-sales tutorials.
Q: Do you accept customization?
A: Yes, we accept customized products. For packaging equipment, we can customize colors, print logos or body functions, or outer packaging. However, the minimum order quantity for customized products is 5-10 units. Please contact us for more information.
Q: What are the advantages of distributing your products?
A: We sincerely invite distributors nationwide. We also offer specific benefits to distributors, such as distributor pricing, access to Alibaba end-customer resources, and the provision of some marketing videos.
Q: Do your products have certifications?
A: Of course, we can provide most of the documents, including CE/FSC/ISO certificates and other required export documents.
